Julián Amorrich Joins the Leadership Team of Lapland Boutique Resorts
Strengthening the Leadership Team
We are delighted to announce that Julián Amorrich will take on the role of Commercial & Marketing Director at Lapland Boutique Resorts from July 1, 2026.
Julián is already a familiar face within our organization. Over the past two years, he has worked closely on the development of our systems and operating models. He has also supported the growth of our business.
In addition, Julián has been actively involved in Ruka Safaris’ operations. His work with Spanish customer groups has given him a strong understanding of our guests, services and daily operations.
Tourism has been Julián’s professional home for more than 25 years. During this time, he has built strong experience in sales, marketing and international travel markets.
Furthermore, his commercial background, international perspective and genuine interest in people make him a strong fit for Lapland Boutique Resorts. He will support our values, our leadership team and our future ambitions.

About Lapland Boutique Resorts
Lapland Boutique Resorts is a collection of distinctive destinations in Southern Lapland, where boutique accommodation, warm hospitality, nature and authentic experiences come together. The group includes Hilltop Hotel Iso-Syöte, Iisakki Village, Oivanki Resort and Ruka Safaris. Together, the destinations offer accommodation for approximately 600 guests: around 380 beds at Hilltop Hotel Iso-Syöte, including cottages and extra beds, 150 beds at Iisakki Village and 70 beds at Oivanki Resort.
Lapland Boutique Resorts offers experiences throughout the year, from winter adventures and Arctic activities to summer and autumn nature experiences, meetings, events and seasonal escapes. Cycling is also becoming an increasingly important part of the summer offering, connecting the landscapes of Iso-Syöte, Ruka and Kuusamo through active outdoor experiences.
